Okay, well the flywheel wouldn't come off for nothing, not with the puller, not while holding the engine up by the flywheel, and hitting the nut on the crank end like did the first time. the crank end just imploded on itself..
Bought a rebuilt motor for it, it runs pretty good at high RPM, but wont idle worth a dang. Toyed with screw positions for 30 minutes, it does seem to idle a lot better about half choked, that's after cleaning the carburetor too.
The carb was a cheap chinese copy, so im wondering if it may have the wrong size jet in it.... not sure what to do.

HiTravis , best thing you can do,is getting a flywheel puller with M17 x 1 mm. Throw that shitty chinese carburator out , and get a Dell'orto for it....if it is a 25km/h take a 12 mm. If its a 45km/h version place a 13mm.
At your service , Tony

That's it.. I'm done with this piece of crap. Won't even fire off this morning. Choke, no choke, starting fluid, cleaned and gapped spark plug again, unplugged the coil kill wire so it's just the points wire hooked to it. my spark tester shows good, strong blue spark. and the spark plug smells a little bit like fuel, not like it's flooding though.
I give up.

Hoi Travis,
You can have moments that all things goes wrong , but NEVER give up ! My idea is that the fuel is stucked somewhere or is not passing true.....Check systematically all you can.
i'M sure you find the solution !

I've been patient with this thing for 5 months,
i removed the carb and turned it upside down, and fuel flows out of the venturi tube hole where it's supposed to come out.
I know i have Fuel, I know i have spark at the plug, i know i have compression, and the ignition timing is also correct.
