Does anybody know how to remove this front folk wheel bearings, i have taken out the needle bearings just need to get the outside shield to put a new one in.

Any help would be great.

Remove that brake cable behind, apply loads of heat (heat gun or blowtorch) on surrounding area of the bearing, find something 'L' or 'T' shapped that you can get inside to extract the bearing and use leverage to pull the track out, remember heat is the key, you could try banging with a copper mallet on the back of that once it's really hot.
