So I have a lovely little Vespa PK50 2 stroke (83) which is about to be 'banned' in London because
of the need to improve air quality. Now there is a loop hole which means if the vehicle
is producing under NOx (nigrogen oxides) 0.15g CO2 per km it is exempt. Unfortunately i have no way of proving
this (nothing logged on the v5 paper). The only way of getting this info is paying £80 to Vespa
for a Certificate of Conformity. Before i pay this - does anyone have an old 50cc Vespa and
has knowledge of it producing under 0.15g? Or is it usually way over and i am wasting my time?

Its a faff because if not i will have to put the vehicle into storage for 2/3 years until its 40 years old and considered
a 'classic' and then exempt from all this pain!

My only hope is the bike being a 50cc and producing very low emissions!
