Hi
I´ve been a member for a few weeks but haven´t yet introduced myself. So here goes; 45 yrs old college tutor riding motorcycles for the most part, a Triumph Bonneville and a Yamaha XT 500, and now a 1965 180SuperSport. I actually. bought the 180 SS to my wife to push her into biking :-) but have to admit I love riding it myself.
I´m here mostly to get tech advice as I´m used to service, repair and rebuild my own bikes, but find
myself lacking in experience with the Vespas.

Just bought a restored 1966 VBC Super with a sidecar. Have only had her for 2 weeks. The sidecar rig is interesting to drive, a little bit of a learning curve. My second Vespa and first vintage anything. I'm excited to learn all about maintenance and driving her!

Hi. My name is Dave. My son and I have two 79 P200Es. One I have owned since new. The other the other for about five years. I live in New England and have a great group of scooterists that I ride with.

Hi everyone,
I recently got my first motorized 2-wheeler (well, 3) a '67 VBC with sidecar. It's a ton of fun and I love it. If anyone in the Northern Virginia / DC area wants to ride, hit me up!
Hey Bulldog01, looks like we're the rookie sidecar owners. Great looking chopper!

Hello,
My name is John and I picked up a Vespa GL150 (VLA) 1964. It had been sitting in a backyard since 1992. I have it up and running and have tried to keep it as original as possible so far. look forward to any guidance and support I can get from forum as I progress.
Thanks

John, you're a couple of steps ahead of me. I am restoring a 1965 GL, have the engine mostly done, but in a shop (I exhausted my mechanical skills) and the rest completely apart. Perhaps we can compare notes.

I had quite a few mopeds and scooters in the 90s and was active on TSS, but forgot my login info and let that email lapse in the early 2000s. I am back here seeking 2 stroke knowledge. I'm looking at a p125x which is currently in boxes. I'll start a separate thread for that.
