Hello! Im going to keep this simple .takes 15 kicks. Then runs perfect no matter what all day. If I let it sit for more than 8 hrs ,takes 15 kicks. Choke seems good. Plug is fouled,of course. Should I mean it more? .I AM NOT SPLITTING CASES.RUNS TOO GREAT. I was thinking.change plug qnd try again with it leaner. Has phbh 28 jl pipe, and polini 166. Again.runs perfect otherwise

I have a similar problem, before i turn the scooter of i turn the fuel tap to off to let some of the fuel run out. Good idea to change the plug, could be that the fuel is running through still a little bit when it is stood still.

Good luck.

Have you tried all the basics..? e.g. starting with no choke at all. Maybe you have too much gas (flooded)..?
